This is a library of material and an information center for all things related to pregnancy, birth, the emotional experience of mothering and of handling new borns.

Every week I will be updating my blog with written pieces, interesting articles, news items and I will pass you onto websites I think are useful and informative.  One of the main features of this blog will be the library of inspirational birth stories that I have personally collected and continue to do so from the mothers of south west london who have attended my classes over the years.  These birth stories have been a key part of my own journey as a mother and I hope they will be for you too.
